Daniel Lucker (14) who lives in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire was in fine form as he recently competed in the DSE National Junior Track and Field Athletics Championships in Blackpool.

Eight year old Dylan Davies, who has Cerebral Palsy, and is a member of Conwy Whales Swimming Club (for children with disabilities) swam one mile non-stop and raised £500.00 for Hemi-Help.
