The Disability Sport Wales National Community Development Programme is a joint initiative between the Sports Council for Wales, the Federation of Disability Sport Wales and the 22 local authorities across Wales. The scheme is aimed at developing quality community based sporting and recreational opportunities for disabled people throughout Wales.

Welsh Disability Swimmer Qualifies for ASA Age Group Nationals

Welsh disability swimmer Morgyn Peters produced an outstanding performance at the South East Regional Championships, in Crawley, to qualify for the British Gas ASA Age Group Championships later this year in Sheffield by winning gold in the 100 metres backstroke.

Nineteen year old Rhys Eynon travelled to Warwick for football trials with Mencap, with his successful selection Rhys attended a training camp in Bridgend between 1st and 3rd May.
