Swim Wales Disability Swimming Open Days

Ever dreamt of becoming a Paralympian?

Do you have a disability and want to know where swimming can take you?

If so, then come along to one of Swim Wales Disability Open Days:

Date: Last Sunday of Every Month

Venue: Wales National Pool, Swansea

SA2 8QG

Time: 3.00pm-5.00pm

This event is designed to engage young

Swimmers with a disability that wish to be

more involved in swimming. If you would like to attend and meet the criteria below then REGISTER NOW!!

Disability Groups

Required Criteria

Physical*

- Cerebral Palsy, Amputee, Spinal Injury, Dwarfism, Polio, Spina Bifida, Multiple Sclerosis, Arthrogryposis

Sensory

- Visual or Hearing Impairment

Intellectual

- IQ of below 75

- have an impairment

- can swim at least 15m

- age between 8-16yrs old

- would like to take part in swimming
