Just as it is essential that coaches and leaders are given defined roles and support within your club, similarly volunteers and support staff should receive equitable levels of support and guidance.

This section will concentrate on the role of volunteer and support staff members providing guidance on recruitment, job descriptions, roles and retention strategies.
