This is a new inclusive club in Merthyr Tydfil, the Judo Club is run by Wayne Dyer who is the Welsh Judo Team Manager and a Judo Community Development Coach and the club takes children from the age of 5 upwards.
The club will run from Coed y Dderwen Primary School and takes place every Monday from 5.30pm - 6.30pm
Wayne has coached numerous children with disabilities and is an experienced coach so the sessions will be a safe and enjoyable experience.
Judo is a very good way of keeping fit, improving core strength of the body, building confidence and socialising.
