Brief Description: Extend gentle exercise can be carried out seated or standing, lasting 45- 60 minutes.
Suitable for 60+ years and anybody of any age with a disability, the session is low impact with 20 minutes seated exercise. Run by an experienced and qualified teacher, the sessions are aimed at promoting health and well being while having fun.
