Monday – Newbridge 5.30pm
Tuesday – Caerphilly 6.30pm
Wednesday – Bedwas 4.00pm
Thursday – Risca 4.40pm
Friday – Cefn Forest 4.30pm
Saturday – Heloddu 12.30pm
Please call ahead before attending - class numbers are designed to be kept small so that every swimmer gets full support. Coaches will be present and support in the water.
