The club meet every Friday at Brynteg Youth Club, 7pm – 9pm.

Age range is 7 – 70 years and pan disability.

The club offers various indoor based sports to all its members such as basketball, football amongst many.

The club enter the PHAB sports festival and is continually looking for volunteers and coaches to assist.
