The youth sports session is open to anyone with a learning, sensory, or physical disability along with their friends and siblings.
The sessions are for young people aged 11 to 25 and the youth club is from 6pm to 9pm on Thursdays.
A specific sports session takes place in the sports hall at the facility from 6.30pm to 7.30pm.
Participants are welcome to attend just the youth club or just the sports session or both.
Sports on offer include athletics, cricket football, basketball, and rugby.
