Welcome to the Caerau Vale Trampoline Club page, we are a governing body affiliated club that is a vibrant friendly club that is suitable for males and females from the age of 5 upwards.
The club is becoming inclusive and can take children with autism and mild learning difficulties. These children will then be intergrated with the other children in the club.
If you feel you can take part in the sessions the club has a qualified disability coach who you can meet to make sure that trampolining is suitable for you.
The club runs recreational classes as well as competitive trampolining and enters competitions run by Welsh Gymnastics and the Trampolining Technical Committee
Club Championships take place every year as well so every child has the chance to compete.
The club is also a teaching club and can help prospective coaches and judges through their training.
The club takes children from the age of 5 upwards and runs on :
Saturdays - 10am - 11am and 11am - 12.30pm
Monday - 6pm - 7.30pm and 7.30pm - 9pm
Wednesday - 6pm - 7.30pm and 7.30pm - 9pm
Thursday - 7pm - 9pm (Elite Class)
