Venture Out is a programme of activities in the natural environment for disabled adults and children.
Part of the Mentro Allan project, it is delivered with the support of Innovate Trust and a wide range of activities are offered including :
Sailing - from Channel View Leisure Centre
Horseriding - Pontcanna Riding Stables
Rowing - from Channel View Leisure Centre
Cycling / Handcycling - Pontcanna Fields
Walking
