A disability specific session is now running at Llantrisant LC & Michael Sob ell LC Aberdare
Training includes a specifically designed training programme to meet the needs of SEN students. The aim is through the medium of karate to improve the students co-ordination, concentration, balance, strength, confidence, flexibility and communication skills in a welcoming and fun filled environment. Class numbers are kept to a maximum of 10 students to ensure good quality tuition. Enrol now to ensure a place in the classes.

Membership: A mainstream club that caters for Pan disability.
This is a mainstream club that caters for people with disabilities. The club is split into two 'schools', Llantrisant School and Pontypridd School. The Llantrisant School train on a Monday from 7.00pm - 8.00pm at Llantrisant Leisure centre and the Pontypridd School train on a Sunday and Wednesday at Hawthorn Leisure Centre.
Age range: 4 years and above, plus seniors.
