Bridgend Recreation Centre offer:

Mainstream classes up to 8 in a class.

Sharks Learn to Swim: These are group sessions specific for children with a disability. These classes are often smaller to accommodate the group's needs.

Personal Tuition: one to one sessions for people of all ages and all abilities who are finding it difficult to cope with group sessions, or would just like tailor made tuition to suit the needs of the individual.

Upon reaching the standard of 25 meters on front & back, swimmers are then able to trial for Bridgend Sharks Disabled Swimming Club or Bridgend County Squad (NPT level 7).

Venue accessible for wheelchair users.
