Ceredigion Stars FC provides safe, fun, competitive and structured football opportunities for children and adults with a disability.
The new Disability Football club has recently been set up by Parents, volunteers and coaches, Simon Campion the head coach and Disability Sport Wales. The club has received funding from Sportlot Community Chest scheme in Ceredigion, and from the FAW Trust, Disability Football Initiative.
Ceredigion Stars play on a regular basis against other counties "The players travel from all over Ceredigion to support competitions, and its fantastic to see the children enjoying their Football and scoring goals. This club will carry on playing in a new club league which is to be set up next year" explained, Gemma Cutter, Disability Sport Wales Development Officer for Ceredigion.
Ceredigion Stars F.C are proud to congratulate Derfel Reynolds a member of the club who recently went to Mencap trials and got through to play in Geneva for Gateway England and Wales.
