Climbing sessions have been running in Conwy at Llandudno Junction Leisure Centre for some time now and have proved very popular and the Conwy Monkeys Climbing Club have developed because of this.

Climbing has so many benefits such as improving strength, flexibility, core stability and most importantly it’s fun!

All youngsters of any ability are welcomed to the sessions which allow youngsters to develop socially and gain confidence.
