Rebounders Club was established many years ago but in 2008 they opened their very own trampolining centre in Cardiff.
A range of sessions take place to suit specific groups of children and adults with a sensory, learning, or physical disability. Please ring to discuss your requirements so that you can find out which session would be most appropriate to attend.
Rebounders is a charity run by qualified disability trampolining coaches. Rebounders provides trampolining and therapy to disabled people
Rebounders is open to anyone who is disabled or who would struggle or feel uncomfortable in a mainstream trampolining class.
Participants attend one or more classes each week and work in small groups with others of a similar age and ability. They work towards badges and awards through a series of moves and progressions as they are able.
