Establised in 1977, under the then Coach Gary Rosser and the late Eddie Jones. The Squad produced many Welsh, Commonwealth, and Great britain swimmers in its illustrious history and now feeds directly into Torfaen Swimming Squad.
A mainstream fully intergrated club who welcome swimmers with disabilities who would like to learn to swim and or develop their swimming ability.
The club is fully affiliated to Swim Wales and all pool side staff are ASA qualified under the head coach Ian Rosser.
The Centre has fully accessible changing rooms leading to poolside and a range of hoists on poolside if required for people with mobility difficulties.
The club welcomes new swimmers for a free first session on Sundays 6.00pm - 6.45pm.
