This club has a very large membership and has several training sessions throughout the week including daytimes and weekends.
Sessions cater for adults and children with a learning disability.
Basic hand eye co-ordination skills are taught as well as the principles and game of tennis.
Sessions
Wednesday: 10am to 11am (juniors)
Wednesday: 11am to 12pm (senior)
Sunday: 5pm to 6pm (all ages)
All at Welsh National Tennis Centre
Tuesday: 1.30pm to 3.30pm
This session takes place at the David Lloyd Centre in winter and the Cardiff Castle Tennis Club in the summer.
