Canoeing sessions are now being offered under the Venture Out Project for anyone with a disability.
Sessions cater for adults and children with physical, sensory, or learning disability, and a hoist is available for access to the boats if required.
As well as individual canoes there are larger canoes which hold groups of people to enable individuals to gain confidence in the water before using a single man canoe.
The activity takes place on the water at Cardiff Bay and the River Taff.
Sessions are Saturdays afternoons from 1pm.
Further sessions may be offered on different days if demand allows. Please call for more details.
