A variety of gym equipment is available, most of which can be accessed whilst seated in a wheelchair if necessary.
Fully accessible changing rooms are available if required.
Competitive membership rates are available for people with a disability if you wish to become a member.
The gym is near the back of the Cyncoed Campus, past the tennis centre on site. The gym is on the left just before the National Indoor Athletics Centre (NIAC).
