Yoga takes place at Sbectrwm on Mondays from 1pm to 3pm and Thursdays from 10.30am to 12.30pm.
Sessions are suitable for disabled adults. Most of the people currently attending have a physical disability. Sessions do cater for people with a range of disabilities and illnesses including Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinsons, Arthritis, and people with wide range of mobility difficulties as well as people with a learning disability.
Yoga Mobility was established over 30 years ago and have experienced coaches running the sessions.
Over 60 people attend across the sessions.
