My name is Linda Ruston (Rusty), Disability Sport Wales Development Officer for the Vale of Glamorgan. I joined the Sports and Play development team in May 2006 based at the Leisure and Tourism department, Vale of Glamorgan Council, Docks Offices, Barry Dock, Barry, CF63 4RT.

Cycling - Vale in tandem became inclusive with the purchase of an adult trike and has a group of five taking part in the first course of 6 sessions.
Vale Reds Football Club
Thursday Evenings
The Vale Reds Football Club have moved venue to accommodate for its growing numbers. The club runs on Thursday evenings 7.30 - 8.30 pm and welcomes boys and girls with disabilities. Come along and try this popular sport -we look forward to seeing you.

Swimability Lessons for children with disabilities aged 16 years and under. These lessons will run all year and be charged at current swimming lesson prices.
