Gwynedd

Welcome to Gwynedd.

My name is Marcus Politis and i am the Disability Sport Wales Development Officer for the county.

Disability Sports in Gwynedd is on the up. We allready have 8 established clubs with another 2-3 hopefully in the pipeline between now and June 08.

The current clubs include: 3 Boccia clubs, Archery, Walking, Multiposrts, Trampolining for autistic children and a wheelchair walking club.  We are hoping to have a Football, Badminton, deaf trampolining, physical disabilities trampolining, Athletics, visual impaired walking and Tennis initiative within the next 5 months, and if all goes well we hope to develop these into stand alone or satalite clubs.

If you are interested in becoming involved with any of these programmes either as a participant, volunteer or a coach then please don't hesitate to contact me.

Look forward to hearing from you soon.
